:hi Tal what do you mean by "interest" in "In a democracy, all citizens are considered equal, and their interests are also equal in public decisions". needs to be clarified in my opinion.
:what does Habermas means in "Deliberation is Inclusive (Habermas)" what does Cohen refers to in "The public develop political competence (Cohen)"
