  • The learning manger - Ben Horowitz said a manger need to know and understand what his people do, and get decision for them, some of the times, especially when fast decisions are needed. For that, a mangers have to meet his people a lot of the time, talk with them, and try to understand what they do. He should regularly set one-on-one meetings, and learn[1].
