In one of my treines, the traine said that when she advance in her life, or make somthing good, she knowes it, but do not feel it. When asked about rewards in childhood, she said that her father never encourged her. He only hamed, and say nothing. From other treniees with feeling disatachment doing good, I know that they described the same parental paterns. The remedy for that is to right every evening five good things that you done in the lsat 24 hours, and if posible, tel a beloved frien or spoze about those things. In time, it enhance the connection between good deeds andd self estim.
