It seems that Differnt different types of personalety personality or same personalety personality in difretn different times make their decisions in diffrent different ways and places. If we will know when is the optimal time for decision makingdecisions, we can optimize decision making process in organizations.

Conservatives will prefer either to give orders or to follow orders. They will try to control the decision making process or manipulate it to control the world around them. It is better to reach them after they feel safe enough that you will promote their goals as they like. only Only after that you can try to broaden the erea area of decision making.
