Deliberation is a method of thinking on problems together, and finding solutions that will be optimal for everybody that participates the participents in the process. Deliberation is a very old practice, used by groups of governing bodies, to settle contradicting needs and desires, in and to achive a chive agreed and peaceful way to advancetogther.  Today, in the area era of mass participation, experts of deliberation face the chalenge of large group deliberation. A chalange whill which will anable real better participation by of the public in it's democracy.
