Organization

An organization is a group of people, which are coordinating their actions with a system of decision making processes, to achieve some goals.

An organization can be open or closed. Open organization is an organization in which its members can come and go as they wish. Open organization can be a voluntary organization. Closed organization has restriction on becoming a member or leaving the group. Most organizations are closed organizations.

With good decision making system the over-all good will cause stability and growth of open organizations. Therefore open organization will favour the development of better deliberation.
