Work-conservatives (people how can be liberal but are more work orinted), will try to avoid puzzels ([[RPE]]) and will try to have more clouser on their goals. They will usualy will set a time and a place to reach decisions. These will be a meeting room. Conservatives will prefer either to give orders or to follow orders. They will try to control the decision making process or manipulate it to control the world around them. It is better to reach them after they feel safe enough that you will promote their goals as they like. only after that you can try to broaden the erea of decision making.
