These technologies are very good at harassing the wisdom of the crowds to create high-quality solutions.
===Google===
Google may not seem like a deliberative technology at first glance, but by understanding how it works, one might accept that it is a deliberative machine.
Google's PageRank System utilizes some features of deliberation. For instance, it lets everybody post their own site I am basically Index every site on the web. Then decide whether a page is important for the users by several factors that use the wisdom of the crowds. From what we know the main mechanism is how many other Sites referred to the specific site<ref>[https://computer.howstuffworks.com/google-algorithm.htm#:~:text=Google's%20algorithm%20does%20the%20work,keywords%20appear%20on%20the%20page.&text=Google%20references%20this%20index%20when%20a%20user%20enters%20a%20search%20query. Google's PageRank System]</ref>. Another mechanism is when the user visits a site for how long does she stay. By doing so Google uses several steps of the [[General Process of Deliberation|GPD]]. It let everybody suggest an answer to a question. and then uses users' preferences to help mark the best solutions for the users.
