While writing a research proposal, I have developed a framework for analyzing delibration. This wiki is designed proposition aim to be the base for give a coherent set detailed account of theories for understanding and developing deliberative Democracy practicesdeliberation. The framework is built from three components. It will be home for different aspects The first element is "eight cornerstones of deliberative societydeliberation": Shared knowledge, ranging from [[epistemology]]options, individual [[psychology]]evaluation of options, [[education]], [[learning]], individual growth, and to the understanding Synthesis of options. Cycle of [[groups dynamics]], [[deliberation]]improving options, [[decision making]]selection, [[Government]], [[Peace-War]] implementation and international relationshipslearning from implementation.
It will be based The second component is the "factors affecting deliberation". Here there are dozens of factors that we know that have an impact on [[scientific research]]deliberation.  The third component is the "values deliberation". Series of public values ​​that are important for promoting democracy.
