It seems that different types of personality or same personality in different times make their decisions in different ways and places. If we will know when the optimal time for decisions, we can optimize decision making process in organizations.

It seems that liberals try to make decisions whenever they meet a puzzle (RPE). They are attracted to it, and are distracted from their previous goals or job. Usually it will be the ADD type.

Work-conservatives (people how can be liberal but are more work oriented), will try to avoid puzzles (RPE) and will try to have more closure on their goals. They will usually set a time and a place to reach decisions. These will be a meeting room. But if you catch them with something interesting (also known as elevators talks), they will put it into their need to be-solve problems, and they will try to solve it over-night[1]

Conservatives will prefer either to give orders or to follow orders. They will try to control the decision making process or manipulate it to control the world around them. It is better to reach them after they feel safe enough that you will promote their goals as they like. Only after that you can try to broaden the area of decision making.
